  • Did not have an appt. Called to see if I could get an oil change. Erik said yes and got me in when I arrived 10 minutes later. When I was getting out of the car my cell phone fell off my belt and came apart when hitting the floor. I don't hear too good and didn't know this happened but Erik did and prevented me from stepping on and crushing my phone.
